補充一下,這顆麥螺是在龍洞某九孔養殖場清出的貝殼和海砂雜堆中發現的,直到現在,本人仍然對於這枚麥螺的出現感到納悶,因為論其尺寸不小,論花色也鮮豔,照理應該會有第二顆出現才對,然而後來在九孔池和海邊都不曾再會面過.關於這點,小弟想請教大家,有沒有人曾在北部海岸撿過這種?地點?或者有無可能是某一普通種的變異型?真得覺得這顆麥螺有必要好好研究.

此枚應該也是上種的花紋變異型,上種是黃白條紋直立相間,本種則是橫向的.
採集地點:八斗子平浪橋
