因為實驗必須觀察貝殼內部, 請問如何將貝殼

的外部成份去掉, 而呈現出透明化?

酸洗可以嗎? 酸鹼度約須多少?

酸洗可以將貝殼變薄, 不過要薄到透明有困難, 若要觀察貝殼內部, 不如將貝殼對切最快, 預算夠, 用x-ray拍攝也可以

突然想到最近和camber兄在研究的包埋(環氧樹脂,產品連結見之前"保存貝殼"的討論),我們把它包埋進去,並留下一小管道,然後從管道灌強酸強鹼來溶解殼,不知管不管用?

x-ray以1.5X3cm一張連工帶料大約80元,可適用大部分寶螺;大一點的就貴了,像長旋螺大概1000以上
