Dear Cillan,

Firstly, I am an honorable shell collector in Taiwan .
I have bought shells form shellauction in Italy, Phi. Poppe, and Mr. Steven for over ten years before I deal with C&S cabinet.
I guarantee what I say is 100% true in the name of God.
Obviously, there is some mistake happening between you and me.
Although my post box is in Taoyuan,Ｉusually live in other city for work.
I go back home in Taoyuan on weekend only, and my package is received by my family.
However I open these packages myself all the time.
I always check these packages carefully and as a result, reply to sellers late.
I opened your package myself when I came back to Taoyuan on 2011/5/7 .
I have a firm belief that those two shells are missing in the box.
If your assistant has already wrapped them with sponge, it is impossible for me not to find them in the package.
Although I tried to rock Tonna carefully, nothing came out of it.
I will check again more carefully this weekend, I promise.
I wonder if you have put those two cowry shells inside the mouth of Tonna.
Could you confirm this undoubtfully ?
My friend in Taiwan told me that his shell had been put in other's package by mistake before.
I hope such a case didn't happen to me.
You asked me why I hold the payment for a long time?
The answer is, I need to wait for my problem to be solved satisfactorily.
The same matter happens to me January through April, with Nelson Tiago, Chang ken shing, and dealings with you the previous time and this time.
If you want me to pay in full immediately, I will do it on the condition that a satisfactory solution be worked out between you and me.
Otherwise you maybe will lose a good buyer after receive the remainders.
I am glad to look for other credible dealers who offer better service.
Before then, I need to get my reasonable right because the losing shells were also paid the money for them.
However I hope the result don’t happen one day really to us.
